Brain Booster Smoothie

Try this brain booster smoothie it is high in protein, antioxidants, omega-3’s and omega-6’s; which are important for brain development, immune system function and blood pressure regulation. This smoothie will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day.

Brain Booster Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, Straw berries)
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. spirulina
  • 1-2 cups almond milk
  • ¼ cup oats (optional)
  • Fresh Fruit of any kind (optional)

Directions: Blend all the ingredients (except for oats and fresh fruit these are for topping) into a high-speed blended, until a creamy smoothie like texture is formed. Serve in a jar and top with oats and fresh fruit!
