Berry Papaya Smoothie

Perfect wake me up smoothie, gets your body and digestion moving. This smoothie will have you ready to take on the day!


1/2 of a large papaya (without seeds)

1 cup of frozen pineapple

1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries (Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries etc.)

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

1 tbsp. chia

1 cup of almond milk

1/4 cup coconut water

Directions: In a vita-mix or any high-speed blender, blend all ingredients together until you create a creamy smoothie. Enjoy!
