Brain Booster Smoothie
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, Straw berries)
- 1 cup Frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. spirulina
- 1-2 cups almond milk
- ¼ cup oats (optional)
- Fresh Fruit of any kind (optional)
Directions: Blend all the ingredients (except for oats and fresh fruit these are for topping) into a high-speed blended, until a creamy smoothie like texture is formed. Serve in a jar and top with oats and fresh fruit!
