Delicious, dreamy lemon-tahini salad dressing with a hint of garlicky flavor. Perfect for any time of the year and gives a comforting feeling. Enjoy this dressing on top of your favorite salad, in a wrap, or even used to dip veggies in as a side (just omit the water and use about half of the lemon and vinegar).

Lemon-Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:
3 fresh garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ to ½ cup filtered water (Depending on the thickness of your tahini use less or more water)
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients into a
medium size bowl. - Use a whisk or spoon and gently stir ingredients until they are all combined well, and the dressing has a nice consistency.
- Depending on how thick your tahini is and how much water you decided was right for you the dressing will either be a little creamy or more of a liquid type of dressing. Personally, I enjoy mine more on the creamy side but this to your preference.
- Store in a jar or container and refrigerate.
Enjoy!
